Application Procedures

  1. Obtain application form and payment slip from the Cashier’s Office

  2. Pay a non-refundable reservation fee of Php500.00 at the Cashier's Office (will be applied toward tuition upon enrollment)

  3. On a specified date, submit the fully completed application form with the following documents to the Registrar's Office:

    • Original Report Card (Form 138)

    • Original and one (1) photocopy of birth certificate

    • Original and one (1) photocopy of Form 137 if transferee

  4. Upon submission of the completed application and required documents, obtain an entrance test fee payment slip from the Registrar's Office

  5. Pay the entrance test fee of Php200.00 at the Cashier's Office

  6. Get the schedule for the entrance test and testing permit from the Registrar's Office

Testing Procedures

  1. Present the entrance test permit and payment receipt to the designated HHCA staff

  2. Applicants must bring his/her own writing materials:

  • Pencils with erasers for Pre-schoolers and Grades 1 thru 3

  • Black ballpoint pen for Grades 4 thru 12
